Furlough Clarification

HMRC have updated their guidance on Furloughing employees under the Job Retention Scheme , including clarification on those who are eligible:

This includes:

- employees on fixed term contracts

- office holders - including company directors

- salaried member of Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs)

- agency workers - including those employed by umbrella companies

- limb( b) workers
