HM Revenue and Customs recently launched new and innovative technology to help more than 3 million customers renew their tax credits by the upcoming deadline of 31 July.

If you have an Amazon Alexa-enabled device you can now ask Alexa to ‘open HMRC’.

You are then able to ask for help and information with a change of circumstances, payment information, or a renewal.
